longing

So I was standing in the shower this morning, looking at the remains of my honey I shrunk the kids soap from Lush and thinking “well, it’s soap.  I can go into the mall, go to the Lush store and get more soap.  Soap is a necessity, isn’t it?”  And then I remembered that I have so much existing soap in the house that I am unlikely to need soap until 2010.  So much for longing.

Funny.  Not 10 days in and already I am far more aware of how much comfort I have taken in acquisition.
