It’s Love

I was listening to NPR on my way to my sister’s and this report came on: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=99126892

I’ve been thinking about the difference between a big life and a small life recently – where the boundaries are, what makes one life big and the other life small, how you end up a wolf or a sheep.  Listening to this man’s love for the piano…  Love as a verb, a two- to six-hour daily devotion to the piano, to music, to composing…

The sheep choose fear, the wolves choose love.

Okay, that doesn’t make intuitive sense, but it feels right.
