If you say you trust someone and then freak out whenever you are uncertain or insecure, can you really say you trust them? If you trust them, then insecurity should not be an issue.
Granted, there are circumstances that are bound to make you uncertain and insecure. It is unrealistic to assume that won’t be the case. However, repeated spazzing combined with assurances that you trust someone sends a confusing mixed message. In reality, you are back to the dichotomy of believing what people do over what they say, and this time you get skewered on your own sword.
